Tiffany& Co: The Return of the Big Spender...




“In the depth of the recession, Tiffany & Co. struggled to sell $3,200 diamond earrings and $12,000 bangles, while it fared better with $100 silver necklaces. Today, the situation is reversed, as the high-end retailer grapples with softer sales of jewellery under $500.” (Globe and Mail)

So, it looks like the recession is finally coming to a close as the big spenders return, snapping up some of Tiffany & Co's priciest pieces. How will this influence the lower end of the market? We shall keep you posted.
